Matt Cutts: Try something new for 30 days

Submitted by on June 20, 2013 – 11:00 pmNo Comment

Matt CuttsimagesTED Talk Video: I think based on the possibilities this can be good advice to everyone. If you want to start a new habit or let go of an old one, it takes about this long to establish your new approach on things. Also when we exercise our sense of adventure by changing something about ourselves or exploring new places, it also gives us a sense of freedom and inner control. So, as Matt Cutts said, “find something new in your life, when we do small things, our life can have sustainable change”. This is a good test to show our willpower.

Is there something you’ve always meant to do, wanted to do, but just … haven’t? Matt Cutts suggests: Try it for 30 days. This short, lighthearted talk offers a neat way to think about setting and achieving goals.
