Overcoming Relationship Fears Tip One – Fear is based on a Mental Projection You Create With Any Underlying Insecurity: A vital key to begin overcoming your relationship fears is to take time and understand the logical basis for your fear. As I’ve come to understand it, fear is based on a mental projection and not matter of fact. You see, you have these beliefs, and thoughts about what you see as a pending potential possibility in the near future. This potential “what if” possibility isn’t so much a matter of fact, but a fantom illusion you create with any underlying insecurity. The key to overcoming relationship fears is to begin examining the preconceived illusions you’ve based them on

Overcoming Relationship Fears Tip Two – Understanding Fear’s Purpose: A useful way to begin overcoming relationship fears is to face them willingly. This means taking time to understand the personal truths and personal perceptions you use to created fear with. After all its your thoughts and feelings that you’re using to create your perceived view of reality. When unexamined, these thoughts and feelings have free reign to perpetuate myths. Fear’s purpose is to point you toward the personal fallacies and underlying insecurity holding you back. By facing these insecurities and understanding them as personal fallacies you’ve empowered yourself to begin overcoming relationship fears.

Overcoming Relationship Fears Tip Three – The Choice To Face Fear Is Yours: The choice is yours: you can continue catering to your personal insecurities, and refuse to examining the personal truths you’ve created fear with. While this may seem the easier path in the short term, failing to begin overcoming relationship fears means choosing to willingly perpetuate them. You see the fears in your life, are holding you back from something you greatly desire. The key to realizing what you desire, is remove the fear from the picture. Avoid what you fear and it is your captor. Face fear, understand it as your own creation and move beyond it.
