Change is all around us every day and every day our lives our changing. It CAN’T be avoided. We can’t bury our heads in the sand or a favored pillow and pretend it isn’t there. Change can be the great awakener. It can be the best thing that ever happened to you.

Different people do different things to either try and put the fire out inside or add fuel to a burning need to express themselves.

In his book, “Anger, Madness, and the Daimonic: The Psychological Genesis of Violence, Evil, and Creativity,” Dr. Stephen Diamond explains that our impulse to be creative “can be understood to some degree as the subjective struggle to give form, structure and constructive expression to inner and outer chaos and conflict.”
Many people go through life doing what they think they’re supposed to do, while time to time wondering, “Is this it, this is what life is about?” Why each of us is here has to do with our innate potential, our possibility to be.
