Video: Deepak Chopra Meditation

When was the last time you stopped and just witnessed ‘life’?  I work with a lot of teens and preteens.  One of the things I enjoy most about coaching or teaching them is the refreshing sense of the present, the now.  Their perspective is pure, optimistic and yearning to experience “life”. They take me to their world, a world I once knew.  Being in their reality for periods of time is like a drug of authentic joy and simplicity.

For adults to be healthy in mind, body and spirit we need to shut down from time to time.  We need a brake from ‘doing’ life and re-experience ‘being life’…being a part of it, absorbing it; the effortless flow of it.

Take a brake and allow yourself a few minutes of quiet time with this meditation.  You don’t have to try to do anything, just listen and let go of what ever is on your mind right now.  When we relax the mind we open the pathways to creatively solve problems, and heal our bodies.  Most of all, we can see our personal truth and clarity to live better.  Enjoy. – Self Help Guides
