Recently I was watching ‘The History of the Universe in 2 Hours’. It really explains a lot about why we are the way we are in life, and why we have the things we do in history and now. From the very beginning of one hydrogen atom and the connections to follow, we are all a part of everything and everything is in us. There is no separation, we are all connected. We really do depend on one another literally, for life to exist.  The most impressive thing is, the only way that anything can grow and develop to become stronger is by adaptation and a willingness to change. ‘Adaptation’ you might say is the key to empowerment. Billions and billions of years of adapting to change lead to our existence, our life. The next time you are challenged by a change, try to remember that’s what life is about– always growing and becoming stronger. – John Cane
