Where is Your Sanctuary?

Submitted by on August 17, 2012 – 1:01 pmNo Comment

Many times our days can feel hectic, rushed and stressed.  When we seem to only be going through the motions, our existence may start to feel as though we are losing our sense of being in touch; in touch with the wonderful vibrant animation of life.  We can restore our childlike perspective to open our eyes by allowing ourselves a place of refuge, a place of protection which nurtures the love within us and feel fulfilled; we can recharge our wide-eyed wonder of the world.

Let yourself “play”, let yourself be connected to your joy within.  Your true home can be a place of silence, meditation, reading, prayer, art, music, people, a place– you name it.  The important thing is, you know you can always go to “your home”, your sanctuary within, to be you. – Self Help Guides

This video for Home is a collection of some of our favorite memories over the past few years. We hope it feels like Home wherever you are watching this. – Edward Sharpe
